MAB model B88 horizontal case packer

Ø       Complete with case taped on two sides, bottom and top.

Ø       Collating of product, automatic opening of case delivered from a horizontal magazine, side, loading of collated pattern into open case, closing of case.

Ø       Case transport through taping station with discharge of closed cases.

Ø       One format included

Ø       Easy size changeover (appr. 30 minutes).

Ø       Complete machine overhaul at the PharmaCos Machinery Inc. facilities.

Ø       Machine complete with drives, motor, speed variator, vacuum pump, and machine safety protection.

Ø       The tape is taken from (2) rolls and applied over the major closing flaps.

Ø       Photoelectric overload safety on infeed belt to stop the upstream machine.

Ø       Case turning unit at discharge. The case will be discharged onto motorized conveyor.

Ø       TELEMECANIC staggered 3 colors machine function indicator light on top of machine frame or safety guard frame. Colors for different functions to be specified.

Ø       PLC Omron CQM
