Benier All Round

It is in the name. This rounder can round almost every dough within his request. The combination of the open structure of the cone material with the multi layer teflon process and the special adjustable track form results in this high performance. Soft or stiff the cone can be adapted with a lot of options in order to fullfill the demand. Chipping is minimized due to the concept.

  • Special seal between track and cone in order to reduce squeezing of dough in between.
  • Often used for the pizza dough balls but also for soft and delicate dough’s.
  • Standard with central track adjustment.
  • Wide range of options such as outfeed conveyor belt, oil spraying, special synthetic grooves plates for more grip, etc.

  • Suitable for capacities up till 4500 p/h, and starting from 100 gram up till 1200 gram (higher weights is possible based on capacity and dough consistency).
