This is a two dimensional; cutter, spiral knife and circular gang knives, comes with 3 sets of gang knives, accessory cart. The belt, blade and gang knives are controlled by individual yaskawa GPD 305/J7 speed control. This slicer dicer has 5hp drives on the 36” spiral knife and aon the circular knives. Comes with blade change and accessory cart, 52 blades come with including spacers etc. Unit has been powered up and is ready to slice and dice, last used for beef tenderloin.
