TWO MCQUAY BRAND ROOF TOP HVAC SYSTEMS IN EXCELLENT RUNNING CONDITIONS. (CURRENTLY IS RUNNING AND IS BEING USED)
EACH UNIT HAS 3 COPELAND COMPRESSORS RATED AT 35 TO 40 HP EACH, 9 CONDENSOR FAN MOTORS RATED AT
1 1/2 HP EACH WITH THEIR CORRESPONDING BLADES, 6 CONDENSOR COILS THAT ARE EACH APPROXIMATELY 8 X 4 FT AND ONE HUGE BLOWER; TOTALING 6 COMPRESSORS, 18 CONDENSOR FAN MOTORS, 12 CONDENSOR COILS AND 2 BLOWER FANS.
THERE ARE ALSO A WHOLE LOT OF OTHER COMPONENTS THAT ARE INCLUDED. (TOO MANY TO MENTION)
THERE IS ONE BRAND NEW AND TWO RECENTLY REBUILT COMPRESSORS; THE OTHER THREE HAVE BEEN IN GREAT OPERATION SHAPE AND WERE REBUILT A FEW YEARS AGO.
ALL 18 CONDENSOR FAN MOTORS ARE FAIRLY NEW; FOUR OF THEM HAVE BEEN REPLACED AS RECENT AS SEVERAL WEEKS AGO.
ONE CONDENSOR COIL WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE AT A COST $8500.00 INSTALLED LAST YEAR.
ALL OTHER COMPONENTS HAVE BEEN REPLACED SUCH AS ALL THE CONTACTOR OF DIFFERENT FUNCTIONS, ALL RELAYS OF DIFFERENT SORTS, ALL HIGH AND LOW PRESSURE SWITCHES PLUS HIGH AND LOW TEMPERATURE SWITCHES AND MANY MORE COMPONENTS....
TEXAS SUMMERS ARE HOT AND VERY UNFORGIVING; SO THESE UNITS HAVE MAINTAINED TO KEEP RUNNUNG PERFECTLY WITHOUT ANY INTERRUPTION PROACTIVELY.
