The machine as been partially revised, and the finishing still to be revised.( metalizer to be updated or exchange and some mechanical parts to be changed )
 
In the actual condition it is not possible to start a production, as their is no working finishing unit.
 
Regarding the cost of revision, the most of them are for revised the metalizer as it is in very bad condition ( around 70'000.- CHF ), if you may have a spare metalizer of if you find one in second hand we can integrate on the finishing unit. ( Unaxis twister with ARQ 900/920 cathode )
 
 
I can propose to you one set that include the whole MCL 500 sn 929 ( not revised )  + spare module/parts coming from the machine 935 + 2 moulding machine discjet 600 ( one with CD mould axxicon and other one with AWM DVD mould the two not revised ) without any warranty.
 
for a sale price in the state and EXW of:  19'000.- CHF   ( to be discuss )

the same set but include the revision of finishing unit by our hand ( the machine will be ready for start production after installation but without process integration support )
with 3 month warranty on exchanged parts identified on the machine
