PAXALL DRY PRODUCT BULK PACKAGING SYSTEM

We have for sale a pre-owned front to back packaging line currently deployed at Pet Food manufacturer.  This line is still installed and operation, and will continue to be operational until after March 11, 2009.

 A video of the system in operation will be taken on the last day of packaging. 
 

The line includes the following components:

  • One Paxall dual lane packaging machine model 6ELMHV  serial number 8617,  equipped with Vibratory feeder, 6 scale feed system, two lane bagger with tooling for 2,4 and 6 kilo pre-formed bags, equipped with Datacheck PLC controlls, and conveyor section.
  • Transfer Conveyor section with controls
     
  • Hot Glue Bag Closing system, includes Nordson Series 3400 hot melt glue applicator, bag tucker, controls and transfer conveyors.
     
  • Safeline Metal Detector with conveyor
     
  • Transfer conveyor sections with Bag flattener
     
  • FAWEMA bundler and Shrink Tunnel

Equipment has been very well maintained and will be professionally rigged out of service after March 11.
