Diveresy Wyandotte 1025 CIP Stainless Steel System

  • Model 1025 SS
  • All stainless construction
  • 32” x 32” x 36” 150 gal Stainless steel tank
  • Level sensors and 2 pneumatic valves on 1” feed lines to control tank fill/mixture  
  • Display sensors/modules to remote operating controller
  • 1 1/2” x 1” Wanner s/s pump with NPT connections
  • 15 Hp, 1760 rpm,  230/460V 3 ph motor 
  • Electrical box housing the solenoids
  • 34” x 84” x 60” overall dimension  

This C.I.P System was previously used at a Strohs Brewery for tank and vessel cleaning. We tested the motor and pump and both seem to operate fine. We did not test any operating controls (solenoids) but this unit was in use when plant closed This unit has not been used since it was removed from brewery and has been stored inside. We do believe this to be food grade system from where it was being used and pump requirement of food grade oil. It is up purchaser to verify the present sanitary capabilities of unit.  The motor and tank are on seperate stainless steel stands. We have mounted  on a wooden skid for ease of transport
