HOPPER WITH LEVEL CONTROL SYSTEM. COMES WITH BOTTLE INDEX SYSTEM WITH NO BOTTLE / NO RUN PLC CONTROL AND PNEUMATIC BOTTLE GATING CYLINDERS. 10 FT LONG STAINLESS STEEL CONVEYOR WITH VARIABLE SPEED. FILLER WAS PURCHASED TO FILL SAUCES WITH PARTICULATES OF VARIOUS SIZES. SPEED UP TO APPROX. 30 BOTTLES/MINUTE POWER: 110 V
Applications include free flowing to very viscous, chunky, particulated and abrasive products. Fill volumes from 15 ml to 55 Gallons at flow rates to 30 GPM. Accuracies to ± .10% dependent upon dose size and product.
