Automatic Horizontal Case Packer, Packaging System - model Pocket 3. The machine is fully automatic and can package up to 12 cartons per minute (with hot-melt closure), depending on the product size. Entire machine is equipped with safety sensors and plexi-glass safety doors.

The unit is able to pack product in cases with dimension from 20mm x 10mm x 75mm ( 0.79” x 0.39” x 2.95”) to 550mm x 130mm x 200mm (21.65” x 5.12” x 7.87”). 

Machine comes equipped with an adjustable easy load box magazine with size from 200mm x 120mm x 130mm (7.87” x 4.72” x 5.12”)  to  550mm x 330mm x 350mm (21.65” x 12.99” x 13.78) product infeed.

Machine can be easily changed over for different types of products including boxes, bottles, tubs and containers, and different size boxes for tape sealing.

Unit was last used in a large pharmaceutical facility.
