This is a Resina Chuck Capper that has been modified to insert the nasal spray plug into a nasal spray bottle. It was previously used at a pharma company, that has since upgraded their equipment.  A handy style fixer upper person can easily convert this back into a capper.  It is equipped with an air cylinder that was installed to provide pressure to insert the spray stem firmly into the nasal spray bottle, and a regular Resina cap feeder, as pictured.
