Yes this is real!  Two identical and complete automatic pharmaceutical pouch filling and cartoning lines.  The equipment is in great shape and was operating flawlessly prior to being removed from production in Dec. of 2008.  Since then, the equipment has been properly stored in a heated warehouse ready to be integrated.

Package Includes:

2 x Siebler HM3/500 Automatic Pouch Fillers including dies. Max Capacity (depending on pouch) = 1200pouches per minute! Max Lanes (depending on pouch) = 12
  • Special end user features of pouch include rounded bottoms to eliminate wasted product stuck in pouch corners.  Also, pouches include anti-tamper/safety slit.
  • Vertical heatsealing machine producing four-side sealed pouches filled with free-flowing granules
  • Four-side sealed pouches/sachet are commonly used as portion packs for free flowing granulated products. Whether dry syrups, flu medicine or effervescent granules have to be packed, the Siebler HM3 heatsealing machines will produce tightly sealed sachets with very accurate dosing of products.
  • No matter whether single, double or multiple sachets, there is plenty of space for product information and promotion
  • Current product set-up is similar to Neo-Citron pouches

2 x Langen B1/AL Horizontal Cartoners with automatic pouch infeed
  • Continuous feed
  • Max capacity = 120 cartons per minute
  • currently running cartons 5 5/16” (L) x 3”(w)x4 1/8”(H)
  • Comes complete with Nordson hot melt system

2 x Langen Rollco Pouch Accumulator (first in, first out) with large accumulating range
  • Dramatically reduces downtime when there a line stoppages
  • Designed for automatic operation with Langen b1/AL cartoners
2 x MARTIN model MBECIR 01-20-20 Automatic Butt Splicers, WITH IN-REGISTER SPLICING CAPABILITY
