”Cozzoli Machine Company” Model VR - 840-8 liquid filler.This machine is a fully automatic 120 maximum container output unit with eight volumetric pistons . Each piston has a maximum filling capacity of 120 c.c. and can be adjusted to fill less filling volumes.( Larger capacity piston of up to 600 c.c. can be fitted to this machine and can be obtain from the manufacturer) .This machine can handle a wide range of products from aqueous solutions to heavy oils.It works great with shampoos ,creams, body lotions. . It featuring bottom up fill for no foam applications and a mechanical container indexing system.A 10 foot variable speed conveyor comes incorporated with the machine . Electrical's are 220 volt 3 phase , 3/4 HP main drive.
