Shell side condensor, Shell in tube heat exchanger, Reboiler

  • 55 Sq ft exchange area 
  • 28 ea 3/4” i.d. x 10' ft stainless tubes
  • 10” Diam  x 10' long stainless shell w 3” flanged in/outlet
  • 100 psi operating pressure
  • 75 psi design pressure tubes
  • 20 psi design pressure shell
  • Carbon steel end caps with 3 baffles (baffles in need of repair/replacement)

This unit can be configured as 1, 2 or 4 pass exchanger by reconfiguring or removing present baffles. Unit was in use as is, but baffles show signifcant wear and are in need of repair or replacement (see pics). The exterior of shell and all of endcaps were just sandblasted and exterior of end caps were repainted. Shell and tubes appear to be in nice shape. The tag is still attached(see pic)
