Can remove and install in your location. Can train crew. We used this evaporator to concentrate our milk solids from 11% to 44% and our dryer output was 1,000LBS to 1,150LBS, Whole Dried Milk.  This unit is in excellent condition.  Comes with all CIP, 1996 Marley Red Wood 15 HP Duel Flow cooling tower, surge tank, stainless steel SIHI vacuum pump and remote diaphragm seal differential pressure controllers with two ABB 250 commander controller for the control of the levels in the first and second effect.  Evaporator was piped and all welds purged with argon 3A by Midwest Stainless.  This evaporator can be hauled on one trailer only removing the preheater, barometric condenser, outer deck and recompressor. The two effects DO NOT have to be cut apart. Held 28 ” vacuum for thirty min. all contact surfaces 304 Stainless Steel.  Price is for evaporator only, not removal, installation or training of crews.
