IMA ZANASI MD 300 Aseptic Powder Filler and Stoppering Machine

Powder filling machine utilized for filling sterile anti-biotic injectable powders with speed capability of 300 vials per minute with single shot. Multiple dosing capabilities with the correct transfer wheel configuration, up to 24 shots from the two 12 port fill wheels.

Last utilized for filling 10 ml, 20 ml and 100 ml vials.

Fan Frame support unit for hepa and dust collection system included

This machine was running fine when removed from production but would need complete set of tooling and would suggest that IMA refurbish and tool this machine for your production needs. The filler cost $800,000 new and is valued by the manufacture at $250,000 in its current stripped down condition.
