Aidlin Semi-Auto Collator with vacuum pickup last used with sterile flip top style vials.
 
The collator utilizes quick open style trays manually placed that where shrink wrapped to contain upper part of the vials.
Tooling includes following vial sizes. 10 ml x 10 count
 20 ml x 10 count
 30 ml x 6 count
100 ml x 6 count
 

The machine could run three full cycles in a minute with the above tooling.
