This line is fed with a 36” dia. stainless steel accumulation turntable/feeder, which is variable speed & has adjustable height (125 volt, 15 amp). The turntable is used to feed empty bottles onto a Kalish stainless steel conveyor with a 4” wide table top chain belt (Model- 7032, S/N- 0007. 90 volt, 60 hz, 6 amp, 3/4 hp). This conveyor takes the empty bottles to the next station where they would be filled with a Swiftpack 12 lane tablet filler (model- SPC12P3, S/N- M720. 120 volt, 60 hz + air). The Swiftpack is all stainless steel on casters & in very good condition. From the Swiftpack, bottles are sent to a Kalish cottoner/capper with a starwheel. Bottles are filled with cotton & taken to the capping section of the machine to be capped. After capping the star wheel feeds the full & capped bottles back onto the Kalish conveyor, which now takes the bottles to be labeled with a CLI Model- Uni-300 Wrap around pressure sensitive labeler (S/N- 229074EC). Labeler can run up to a 6.25” high label. This unit is also equipped with it's own Allen hot stamp printer (S/N- 916806, Year- 1991). After labeling the bottles continue down the conveyor to be collected by another 36” dia. stainless steel accumulation turntable which has adjutable height & variable speed. All pieces are in excellent condition.
