This is a new unit that my late dad started to build on spec. It is mounted on a table, painted but never used. The intent was to assemble syringes. He made several complete machines for various syringe manufacturers. I'm sure it has many applications. The Standard Tool Company used to be in Lyndhurst NJ but has since closed. There are 2 units currently mounted on the steel table.  The paperwork I have reads 12 position 120 degree cam.
