    Description

    Near new all stainless steel chamber pasteurizer with only 50hrs of use. We are scaling up our production and this unit is taking up space. It is in perfect working condition and can pasteurize 800 bottles per 40 minute cycle. It has three heat ramps and 3 cooling ramps for a gradual heat curve. Manufactured with stainless steel panels with hermetic seal, with control panel for its fully automatic operation operated with PLC. It comes with two identical bottle trolleys so you can load bottles while the other is in the chamber pasteurizing.

    It comes with a 7.5 HP boiler equipped with fully automatic operation panel, electronic ignition, flame failure control, water level control, adjustable pressure control. Turbine-type pump for continuous water supply.
