Description

The Sani-Matic UltraFlow 110 is a compact, portable, self-contained system that is part of the Sani-Matic UltraFlow line of Clean-in-Place (CIP) systems.

The UltraFlow 110 has an operating range of 5–110 gallons per minute (GPM) at 60 pounds per square inch (psi).

It has electropolished 316L stainless steel wetted parts and 304 stainless steel non-wetted parts, and an enclosure made of 304 stainless steel that is UL listed and NEMA.

The UltraFlow 110 has a small footprint, fits through standard doorways, and can clean small and large applications. It also returns solutions with entrained air to accommodate vessels with low and restricted outlets.

This model is custom designed with a steam-heated Allegheny Bradford Corp heat exchanger, conductivity sensors, a coriolis mass flow meter, and a chart printer. Designed for pharmaceutical industry, available at food and beverage industry prices.
