    Description

    We have recently switched over to a VRF system in our building and no longer need the cooling tower that was installed in 2010. The cooling tower is in great working condition. It is sized to cool 180 GPM of water from entering temp of 95 to leaving temp of 85 at a 70 degree wet bulb. That is equivalent to 60 tons.
