    Description

    This is a high volume double sheeted ravioli machine with capacity of up to +2500 pounds per hour.

    Interchangeable dies included are medium square, jumbo square and jumbo round.

    Dies can be made in a variety of shapes and sizes not found on high production machines, making this a truly versatile machine.

    Filling pump included that will is capable of filling smooth and also granulated larger particle ingredients.

    Equipped with optional secondary drive to adjust roller speeds independent of machine speeds to fine tune when running machine at full capacity.

    All stainless steel wash down and USDA approved with casters.
