Operating Principle
The functioning principle of the washer model "AL" consists in generating a rotational movement in the water. In a spiral form, this movement takes the submerged product form the entrance to the exit, where the product is received by a conveyer belt, rinsed, dried, and discharged from the machine.
The water is injected in a tangential form into the washtub, which has the form of a horizontal cylinder. The velocity in which the water enters into the tub is adjustable according to the delicacy of the product being processed.
A centrifugal pump makes the water circulate very intensely over the product and then brings it almost to a calm stop, in which the loosened particles fall to the bottom of the trough.
The product is then rinsed with a light sprinkling of clean water that, later renews the circulating flow of the water.
When the whole washing process is finished, you will find dirt and insects at the bottom of the trough that have been separated from the washed vegetables.
