    Up for sale is a brand new 8-8-3 bottling line for bottling non carbonated cold fill beverages. This machine is designed to bottle products that use a 28mm neck finish such as bottled water and utilizes neck hanging technology to almost eliminate the need for change parts to switch from one bottle size to the next. This system can bottle beverages at 50+ bottles per minute on a 500 ml bottle and can be operated with just 2 (fast) employees. The line consists of the following. 1 4ft bottle loading platform 1 7ft section of air conveyor 1 8-8-3 monoblock filling machine which contains 8 bottle rinsing heads (and outside bottle rinsing feature), 8 high flow bottle filling valves (with adjustable fill level), and 3 adjustable torque capping heads. The capper is a pick and place style capper and is extremely precise. The system is also equipped with an automatic cap elevator, no cap no fill (automatic shut off if the machine run out of caps) and main drive slip clutch (to prevent damage in case of a jam). The components on the machine are all top of the line as well. All of the electronics are Siemens (plc, touch screen etc), Pneumatics are made by Festo, and the sensors are made by Omron. This system is equipped with one set of change parts that can handle most bottle sizes ranging from 12oz to 20 oz. Additional change parts are available for a very affordable price. 1 10ft section of table top exit conveyor 1 Inline wrap labeler with 6.5ft of conveyor, bottle spacing wheel, built in bottle collection table and full adjustability and control to handle a variety of bottle sizes. This machine also boasts quality components such as a Mitsubishi PLC, Weinview touch screen controls, and Sick sensors. The labeling is also very accurate and reliable.
