DESCRIPTION:
This EDWARS Freeze-dryer equipment is used in the pharmaceutical industry for the freeze-drying of products. Designed according to the most updated international rules (GAMP) and suitable to pass any validation process (like FDA). Chambers and Condensers are designed and manufactured in order to minimize the pressure of the drops of the vapors flowing out from the chamber to the condenser; the device allows an efficient distribution of the water vapors all along the condensing coils. Chamber shelves are made according to an unique technology developed by Terruzzi so that a perfect planarity is ensured in order to have the most efficient heat transfer to the product to be freeze dried. Commercial components (e.g. compressors, pumps, valves, instrumentation, etc.) are of the highest quality to guarantee an excellent reliability of the plants. Equipped with a PLC (Programmable Logic Control) for the automatic control of all the process phases.

MAIN FEATURES:
The freeze dryer is run automatically. It is designed for direct precooling in the chamber, sublimation, within temperature range -40 ° C / +60 ° C, control of the thermo vacuum freeze-drying process, so as to ensure the sublimation at predetermined levels of vacuum. It allows a complete drying of the product and the closing of vials in the chamber with vacuum or inert gas. It is complete with a CIP washing system and a SIP sterilization system, all supervised by a TF software. Automatic cycle control, condenser valve connection, STOPPERING and closing by sterile wall are included.
