Just rebuilt: One Amsco 3053 vacuum steam sterilizer, single door/manual operation. Chamber dimensions of 24" w X 36" H X60" depth. This unit has been completely stripped down to frame and vessel, successfully passed hydrostatic testing, and totally rebuilt using ONLY factory/OEM parts. This unit can run liquids, gravity, or vacuum steam sterilizer cycles, with four preprogrammed and custom cycles.
The chamber has been repolished to the OEM finish, and the jacket recoated and insulated to OEM specs. Unit has been repipied with polished brass fittings and the following BRAND NEW components installed: heat exchanger, pressure transducer, solenoid valves, check valves, air-in filter assembly, jacket anti-flood safety device, and jacket pressure safety valve. Also, all copper tubing and piping replaced new. No charge, a refurbished loading cart and carriage.
NEW controls and electronics: ac & dc wiring harnesses, connector board, main control board, software, battery ram, power supply, printer, printer board, interface board, cycle selction touch pad, pressure transducer, and resistive temperature device{RTD}.
CHAMBER DOOR: Fully disassembled, all locking bars inspected and replaced as needed/repolished, installed new inner and outer bearings, new stationary clutch plate and new clutch rod, new door safety bellows/spring/gasket installed, and new door switch. High temp. OEM approved grease used during reassembly.
All processes performed by factory trained technicians, calibration and final inspections complete, leak test successful at 00.00 mm rate.
