    Two Available - Price is for Each

    Direct fired ICM Model 40136L gas fired rotary dryer systems, Stainless Steel 304L. Drying rate: 30,000 pounds of water per hour. Feed rate approx 15,000 pounds per hour (depending on media and moisture). Designed for drying Distillers Dried Grains and Solubles (DDGS). Can dry other media such as tank bottoms, grain, meal (must be verified by manufacturer) Designed for continuous and reliable operation. There are two completely separate systems. Each system has: Dryers are stainless steel, single pass co-current drum design. Each drum is 13.5' dia x 40' L and heated by a 36 MMBTU Eclipse model 22V burner with a 400HP fan to maintain adequate air flow. Each system has four 8 ft diameter cyclones to separate & recover suspended solids. There are 2 panels, one for burner control and one for interlocking safeties and operational control. All MCC sections come with each system. Was operational until Feb 2013.
