    Chiller 1600 ton. York Code Pak centrifugal screw compressor with pump and glycol water recirculation package. Built in 1995, complete reconditioning 2006, new controls 2011, eddy current testing 2011 (passed), Motor rebuilt 2005. Refrigerant 134A. Unit Model YKQEQCJ2-CBCS, s/n GBEM052065. Compressor model YDHA73DD, code EB. Has integral Cooler heat exchanger 2 passes. Hours 51,062 with 1060 starts. Pump package is skid mounted and contains 2 ITT Bell & Gossett VSCS centrifugal pumps size 10x12-17 designed for 4,000 gpm at 300 ft hd, 1770 rpm. Pump package dimensions: 8.5'W x 16'L x 8'H. Controls have recently been replaced. Panel is York Optiview Control Center Panel Number: 371-02264-101, 115V 1 Phase 50/60 Hz, S/N KQR-046. Compressor Motor is Reliance 811HP, 4160 volts, 3600 rpm continuous duty. Water pumps are 480v. Includes the starters for all 3 motors. Chiller dimensions: 8.5'W x 18'L x 8'H (compressor adds another 3'). Chiller weight 40,000 lbs. dry. The chiller is in a steel building we can also sell if desired.
