    Description

    This is a Heat & Control Batch Fryer. We bought 2 of these from the original purchaser and they work great. We have used both of them and this one was taken out of service in November 2013. We are transitioning to higher capacity equipment, and have one for sale right now, with a second one to be available in the spring or summer.

    We estimate our batch fryers to be approximately 8-10 years old, and we produce 250 to 350 lbs of tortilla chips per hour on each one.

    The surface area of the oil is 24 inches by 54 inches. A nameplate on the back says it is 407,700 BTU's.
