    One Never Used 2012 Virtis SP Scientific Benchmark 4500 series Industrial Freeze Dryer, 80 square feet. Unit has Allen Bradley PLC SLC 500 series automated control system. Comes with 10 Usable Plus one Radiant 24 X 48 Shelves. 80 Sq Ft of Usable Shelf Area. Unit has Top Down Stoppering, Latching kit for 10 to 7 Shelves. 10 Shelves will hold 720 each 20 ML Vial/Shelf with a total batch size of 7200 Vials. 7 Shelves will hold 253 Vials Each 100 ML Vials/Shelf with a total batch size of 1771 Vials. Shelf stack Temp. Range from -80 C to +85 C. Dual Condenser has a 24 Hour capacity of 100 liters. Unit has dual Leybold vacuum pump, shelf stack, product and condensing chamber is 316L S/S. Sterile room flanges for clean room installation, 12 inch isolation valve located in vapor port. Unit has CIP Tank Skid 200 gallon with recirculation pump for the CIP water & sanitary plant steam heat exchanger to heat & maintain required temps.
