    DESCRIPTION:
    This model is a medium size unscrambler. Whether you’re packing pharmaceutical, personal care products, food, specialty chemicals or other products, this unscrambler will help package it quickly and reliably. This cap unscrambling equipment provides speed, precision and expandibility. The feeder is suitable for transferring continuously and uniformly caps towards production lines.

    MAIN FEATURES:
    Protective plexiglass casing. Steel construction. Quick changeover. Rotary disc style sorter. Symmetrical or asymmetrical shapes. Motor-driven cleated belt elevator. The feeder is a steel construction and is complete with a high capacity hopper, conveying belt with pvc cover on its whole length. The hopper load is closed by a transparent door. Full safety enclosure. The components are collected from the hopper pre-sorted and fed to the top without any further feeding technique until they reach the desired transfer height.
