    Description

    Unit uses a unique drying process involving both particle formation and drying. Solutions, suspensions and emulsions can be dried into powders. Is constructed in Stainless Steel, (316 inside). Capacity: 1Kg to 7 Kg. Air inlet: 350◦C, 7.5 kW electrical heater. Maximum operating temperatures: Air Inlet 350◦C (662◦F), Air Outlet 120◦C (248◦F), Drying air rate at 200◦C inlet temperature: 80 kg/h. Comes with top mounted two fluid nozzle atomizer, pneumatic driven spray system located in the center of the chamber roof. Air pressure: 0.5 to 2 bar. Maximum speed of atomizer: 31000 rpm. Single powder collection. Comes with control panel, pneumatic lifting of top, exhaust fan. Chamber diameter: 800 mm x 620 mm, 60◦ cone. Overall (assembled) dimensions: 1800mm L x 1300mm W x 1920mm H, Weight: 270 kg (600 pounds). Last used for whey protein.
