    Unit was originally manufactured in 2011 and was never used. Has a 2/3 jacket, hemispherical design bottom for superior heat circulation, inside of kettle is 316 Stainless Steel, outside is 304. Comes with integrated controls for power, thermostat, pilot light, vacuum pressure gauge, safety valve, low water light and low water shutoff. Temperature range: 100◦F to 290◦F with maximum pressure of 50 psi. Diameter: 16”. Depth: 15”. Height: 35”. Note: Unit is mounted to a portable cart.
