    This is a cone bottomed, single wall, 316l stainless steel Feldmeier tank. It has a hinged manhole on the top, tri-clamp sanitary fittings, and it has been fitted with large wheels to make it portable. Was used for solvent storage, all fittings,gaskets and sight glass are fully chemical compatible.

    Please let me know the following details on this tank, 1. diameter of the tank 2. Height of the tank, overall and shell 3. What type of solvent was stored in this. 1. Tank diameter is approx. 6’2” 2. Overall tank height is approx. 8’, the shell minus the cone and head is 42”. It is on a stainless frame with large diameter casters. 3. The tank stored a mixture of organic solvents, but the biggest constituent was ethyl acetate. The tank has been thoroughly cleaned and purged with nitrogen, there are no traces of solvent, rougeing etc. on the interior.
