    48"wide steel band Five burner sections, Control panel ,App 120 of baking chamber. 18 modular sections, 78" each.

    MEINCKE's modular construction arrived as a revolution. To this day the pre-manufactured 2.0m modules go together like clockwork and save time and money in the installation phase. Even so the Baking Chamber throughout the finished oven is totally insulated from the outer frame as it floats on 4 insulation plates thus preventing any thermal stress in the steel material during heating up and cooling down.
