    Description

    250 volt, 20 amp. This kettle has a square jacket. Jacket dimensions are 20" wide x 20" long x 16.5" deep. Kettle dimensions are 12" dia. x 13.5" straight wall on short side, 17.5" straight wall on long side, with cone bottom. Approximately 5 gallons. 1.25" inside diameter front side discharge, with 2" sani clamp connection. Controls for the jacket are mounted on the side of the unit with digital readouts and adjustments. Kettle is covered with a plastic lid. Mixer has 2, propeller type mixing blades: One has 2" long blades the other has 1" long blades. Motor is 1/4 hp, 2.5 amp, 312 rpm., with variable speed controls. The unit comes on a pallet jack type platform lift made by Mahaffy Material Handling Ltd. (Model: SLH2424-70, Serial: 831) It has 1000 lbs capacity with a max. height of 60" to top of platform from the floor. On casters for easy moving and can be raised and lowered if need be.
