The CT Series is the industry s mosty widely used line of heavy duty skin and blister packaging machines. The machines are designed and engineered with all necessary features to skin pack virtually any products onto corrugated boards or standard cards for retail display or industrial protective applications, using all popular types of film, such as Surlyn, PVC, Polyethylene, Borex, PETG, etc. The CT series are engineered for performance, built for speed and designed for high and low volume production applications. Advanced features include an exclusive oven design that ensures faster, more uniform heat distribution, simplified controls and fully automatic operation. The temperature is adjustable from 0 1000 by means of a dial switch, and the heating time is controlled by a timer. High heat penetration power and variable temperature control ensure faster cycle times and efficient operation with all skin packaging films. A further advantage of the CTIF is savings in energy; estimated heat loss is as low as 5 10%, depending on the temperature at which the oven is operating.
