Units price does not include the recorder (Anderson AJ300) and thermometers. These are sold seperately for an additional amount. Please contact us if you would like pricing for these items.

Units also will need a heating source like a hot water boiler or steam boiler. Most customers use their local heating and cooling expert to help them find a new or used heating or cooling system for their pasteurizer tank(s).
