    Description

    Climax Packaging Machinery model DP4-I SP LD drop case packer. This unit comes with the optional SOF-PAC attachment for lowering fragile products into cases.

    It can pack up to 28 cases per minute depending on the product and configuration. It is capable of packing both round and non-round containers into cases. Case size range is 8"w x 8"l x 3"h minimum to 15"w x 22"l x 16"h maximum.

    A 6" Plastic table top infeed conveyor flows into the lane divider. The lane diverter section is 90" long. The lane divider section is 132" long and has 4 stainless steel dividers.

    Currently the product infeed height is 39" and case outfeed height is 17". The current packing is in a 2 x 3 grid orientation.

    Overall dimensions are 252" long x 55" without the SOF-PAC attachment. Capable of up to 28 cpm. Serial # 6621RM. Schematics and manual on file.

    This unit is equipped with an Allen Bradley SLC5/02 PLC. Requires 460 vac 3 phase electrical supply and 60 psi pneumatic supply. Good condition.

    Photos show this unit without the SOF-PAC attachment installed. The SOF-PAC attachment is shown laid down on a separate skid.
