Continuous rotary motion machine for washing, decontaminating and drying already filled and sealed vials externally, built with outside parts in stainless steel, with rigid parts in contact with the cleaning fluids in stainless steel AISI 316L and, finally, with parts in rubber approved for pharmaceutical use.

MAIN FEATURES:
Continuous rotary washing machine for bottles designed and manufactured in compliance with the highest quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry. The electrical cabinet containing the control system is a type AC816 ILINOX with IP65 protection made of stainless steel AISI 304. During the decontamination process is executed a first washing that can be done with a solution containing detergent. The second washing is preferably carried out with distilled water for a good rinsing of the bottles. The washing steps are performed with nozzles type OC ¼'' M. 60 ° CIBIEN and with a fluid supplied from outside the machine. Subsequently, the bottles are blown first with cold air and then with hot air for the drying inside a small tunnel. Before arriving at the point of discharge, the vials are counted. Processing areas are all protected by a stainless steel frame on which transparent panels are installed to allow internal inspection.
