    Description

    Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) built by CECO in 2006. Originally designed for 83,070 scfm - this RTO has 3 chambers left.and can handle approx 40,000 scfm. System is offered with controls, MCC's, gas train & ducting. Includes main process induced draft fan 400HP 1185 rpm 480 V 60 Hz with VFD, and Inlet & outlet manifold ft). Converts noxious fumes containing organic solvents, hydrocarbons, and odors to water vapor and carbon dioxide through thermal oxidation. Designed for 1 second of retention time at 1500F to completely oxidize any VOC. Physical size of RTO is approx 14 ft wide x 35.5 ft long x 34 ft tall. Note - this RTO can be retrofitted to your design by the same people who designed it originally
