    Description

    The Azo batching system worked to fill a Benier mixing bowl and Tonelli 600 liter bowls. The height for the bowl filling station is adjustable. This system does not include the pneumatic flour and sugar system. The batching system includes a dust collector attached to a hopper for flour/sugar. On the same level are 4 use bins filled by sack for 4 dry minors into scale hopper. Next to use bins and near the stairs is for liquid eggs. On the next level down there is a scale for Eggs and shortening. Next to scale are two pumps that take eggs and shortening to bowl. There is a piping connection for water into bowl. The platform is an all bolted structure. The spiral stairs can be located any where to accommodate layout flexibility. As a part of the price we would upgrade the processor, add a viewgraph and to customize it to your needs. This system was used in bakery that made muffins, danish, croissants, cookies and brownies.
