DESCRIPTION:
Automatic visual inspection machine for ampoules. The AIM series has become the world standard in automatic inspection machines for vials and ampoules.
SECTORS OF USE:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, food, dietary, medical devices, manufacturing.
MAIN FEATURES:
The AIM 578 automated inspection machines offer a compact and streamlined design with advanced technology for the inspection of ampoules up to 17,75 mm in diameter for particulates in solution, fill levels, and cosmetic container defects at rates up to 9000 per hour. The machine rotates each container at high speed and then stops it abruptly, putting liquid into motion by inertia. Light transmitted through the liquid causes any moving particles to cast shadows on high resolution sensors, allowing the system to detect particulates of low to high reflectivity. The light-transmission-based equipment allows for the inspection of particulates in low- to medium-viscosity liquids, as well as the inspection of fill levels. Designed to automatically inspect ampoules of the diameter of 10,75 mm and 17,75 (error ± 0.25), of capacity from 1 to 10 ml vials and height of 47 and 87 mm. The inspection takes place with the help of two rotors, protected by guarding panels in macrolon complete with hinges. The machine is controlled remotely through a control panel via the mobile control panel on four casters.
