    Beautiful 500 gallon Arthur Harris Co. steam jacketed, insulated Copper Kettle-Still, with top manway, sight glass, 6 inch copper vapor pipe, and six-inch air operated discharge. This unit could be used for vacuum cooking or distilling. It has a wide variety of uses including but not limited to:
    Brewing
    Distilling

    It could be used in the production of ethanol for fuel
    Cooking or concentrating a product or food under vacuum to preserve its flavor and nutrients.
