    The B-1200 Cookie Former is designed for the production of a wide variety of biscuit and cookie products for today’s busy baker. This compact table top machine is designed for ease of use and reliability, consistently producing a uniform product with accurate portioning every time.

    The B-1200’s gentle piston action is ideal for producing chunk style cookies with next to no product damage. The paddles gently sweep your cookie dough into the forming mould. As the drum rotates, an automated wire system helps to release your product cleanly, dropping them directly onto the conveyor belt where an operator can easily transfer them to baking sheets. Once finished, clean-up of the B-1200 Cookie Former is a breeze thanks to its no-tools-required breakdown and assembly.
