    R-L Flow with screw feed indexer,
    set for 48ml oval flavor enhancer syrup, and registered film.
    Includes thru conveyor 7' and shrink/heat guns
    A brand new 75 ESTEC 6 costs around US$140K with a set of tooling.

    The machine was sold and delivered to our ex-agent in Spain called Servitem in April 1992. Then the machine was installed at Allergan Waco, TX. Back in 1994, Allergan purchased spare parts and toolings from us and that lasted up to 1997.

    ESTEC means Electrical reel unwind, monobloc applicator for Shrinkage & Tamper Evident in Continuous motion, heating elements of 6kW.

    A complete tooling varies in between US$11,250.00 and US$18,150.00 depending on the type of tetrahedron (mandrel), the number of discs of the sleeve tolling and the number of scrolls of the product tooling.
