    Yes there is a cover and I don't have the equipment needed to charge the cooling system

    Does this tank have a water jacket that could be used to run hot water through to heat the contents instead of cool? Thanks.

    This unit uses coils to cool the milk not a water jacket. You could put hot water through the coils. Thanks
