    20oz. 1 1/4 pounds of popcorn popped every 3 -4 minutes. 6 gallons of popped popcorn per batch 90-100 gallons of popped popcorn per hour.

    Dunbar Electric Commercial Hot Air Popcorn Popper. Factory Mounted on stand with waste drawer, sifter and safety chute.

    New units list for $11,500. This unit has brand new heating elements ($1,100) and produces ball shaped popcorn using mushroom corn. Perfect for caramel and cheese corn operations. Butterfly popcorn can also be used.

    It is all electric standard 200-250v single phase 60hz. Plug is currently configured with a NEMA Plug 304B (Basic 50amp 2 pole circuit breaker required works with 208v or 240v services)

    Can you tell me if there is a sifter on this that automatically separates the unpopped kernels? Also the number you used of 20oz/3-4mins....is this popped or kernels? How much finished popcorn will it put out each hour? Thank you.

    Hello, When the popcorn is popped it discharges into a sifter (see photos). Once the sifter is full a quick shake ensures that the small or un pooped kernels fall down into the holding bin. As with all poppers they are rated by how much unpopped corn you add to them 4oz.(small kiosk location), 6 oz., 8oz, 12oz, 16 oz (larger volume shops). This popper is 20oz of unpopped popcorn. The yield in gallons popped depends on you corn....6 gallons per batch approx. I hope his helps.
