    Description

    Two 30 ton McQuay Maverick II DX Package Rooftop A/C Units with new curbs and BMS Net cards. This unit feature fully integrated on-board PLC controlled with 5 stages of cooling for state of the art energy savings. These units were removed after just two years of use and are sitting at our warehouse. They are ready to install and re commission back into operations. Both of these units when removed were working just like they came out of the factory. This unit also feature 90 KW of heat in four stages, all preconfigured. The drain pans are made of stainless steel. These units also came equipped with GFI outlets, three compressors, factory dipped Elecrofin condenser and evaporator corrosion coating rated at 6000 + salt spray hours. Additional item on board from the factory are Compressor isolation valves , Internally mounted nonfuses disconnect, Mircrotech III control module with BACnet interface, 14” factory knockdown curbs and return air smoke detector.
