    Description

    Cemco Turbo vertical shaft impact crusher, VSI, model MDEV80, Turbo80. Crushing chamber measures 6ft diameter X 4ft high sidewall, with 35in diameter Superchipper rotor assembly. Product is fed through 15in diameter center top opening thru rotor with 12in x 8in openings, spreading feed material into crushing chamber. Inside wall includes heavy duty anvil ring with stationary anvils along circumference of chamber. Rotor is driven by twin drives, 250 HP and 150 HP (460 volt, 1785 RPM, 3/60Hz) thru V-belt assemblies, connected to common sheave. Product discharges through 36in x 15in split discharges. Top cover is removable with swing assembly, controlled by manually operated hydraulic cylinder. Serial# 4156.
